Tenant Comments
We want to make sure our tenants leave Woodland Properties having had a great rental experience. Here is a sampling of the feedback we've received from our tenants over the years.
We received an e-mail at 11:40PM from one of our tenants saying that their water heater was leaking, by 6PM the next day we received the following e-mail, "Thank you so much for your quick action. I know we all appreciate it very much." This is a perfect example of what we tell all of our new tenants, things wear out, and get old please tell us the first sign you see a problem and we will have it fixed immeaditely.
After walking through 1310 North 19th Avenue one of our future tenants said, "... this house is one hundred times better then any house we've looked at..."
Our tenants at 130 College Street sent us a Christmas card in it they wrote, "Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful home." - Krista, Anna, Missy and Lil
Future tenants of 206 Arrowhead contacted us after talking to a friend that lives in one of our houses she simply said , "we want this house what do we need to do, my friend said you guys are great landlords and have really nice houses." They wanted the house even though they had not seen the inside of it, we got them in the house the next day since we do require you see what you're agreeing to rent. They were not dissapointed and signed the lease on the spot.

We rented from Woodland Properties for two years, the landlords were very responsive, when our washing machine stopped working they had a new washer installed two days later. - Lacie
One day our tub started draining very slow, we called our landlord and the next day they came over and found that the bathtub drain plug was stuck, but what really surprised us was after fixing the tub they actually scrubbed the bathtub and sink just to be nice. Wow!!! - Jessica
